Search for MH370 set to go underwater
THE search for the wreckage of the MH370 will go under water Retired defence chief Air Chief Marshal Angus Houston has said.
Although there had been no confirmed signal detections since last Tuesday, the four signals are still the most promising lead.
"We need to pursue this lead as far as possible," he said.
Bluefin 21 will be deployed as soon as possible to search the sea floor. It will cover an area of 40 square kilometers.
Each mission will take a min of 24 hours to complete. Take two hours to get to get to the bottom of the ocean, will operate for 16 hours, take another two to return and fours hours for the information to be uploaded.
